VOL. <br />AGREEMENT 'AS TO RESTRICTIONS ON PLAT <br />OF HOMESTEAD HIGHLANDS, VILLAGE OF <br />M01fONA, . DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br />WHEREAS, Marion L. Kelly, the owner of the real <br />estate hereinafter described, desires to file for record <br />the plat of Homestead Highlands, village of Monona, Dane <br />County, Wisconsin, and to have the lots in said plat subject <br />to certain restrictions; and <br />WHEREAS, the boundaries of said plat are described <br />as follows: <br />Part of the West one --half of the West one—half of the <br />Southeast one—quarter of Section 17, Town 7 North, <br />Range 10 East, (Township of Blooming Grove, also. <br />Village of Monona) Dane County, Wisconsin, which is <br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning^ et <br />the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Southeast <br />one — quarter; thence 8. 89 °56r E., 693.0 feet; thence <br />S. 0031f E., 2539.46 feet to the North line of Sunset <br />Avenue; thence N. 89 °41t W., elons the North line of <br />Sunset Avenue, 693.0 feet, to the East line of Aseessorrs <br />Plat No. 1 of the Township of Blooming Grove; . thence <br />N. 0 °51t W., along the ebove mentioned East line 1215.25 <br />feet; thence •N. O °11t W., along, the. West line of the <br />above mentioned Southeast one -- quarter 13213.13 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Marion L. Kelly does hereby egree <br />with future purchasers of lots in said plat of Homestead ' <br />Highlands, village of Monona., Dane County, Wisconsin, thet <br />all deeds to lots in said. plat, (excepting only "Ou.tlot A) <br />executed by her will be subject to the following restrictions: <br />1. The lots in the Plat of Homestead Highlands. <br />shall be used strictly for residential purvoses, end <br />no structure.shall be erected, altered, placed, or <br />permitted to remain upon any lot .or part thereof in <br />said plat other than: <br />a. One .detached single — family dwelling not ex- <br />ceeding two stories in height. <br />b. One private one —oar or two —car garage. <br />c. Two outbuildings provided that the aggregate <br />
