<br />AGREEMENT AS TO RESTRICTIONS
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That:
<br />WHEREAS, Mae Miller Steckelberg, formerly May Miller,
<br />(also known as Mae S. Miller); Blanche Miller; William Miller,
<br />(also known as William J. Miller), and Alva Miller, his wife;
<br />Alexander Miller, (also known as Alex D. Miller), and Irene Miller,
<br />his wife; Darwin E. Mutchler and Maggie Mutchler, his wife, are
<br />owners in fee simple of the following described premises, to -wit:
<br />All lots in Miller and Mutchler's Second
<br />Addition to the Village of Verona, Dane
<br />County, Wisconsin, recorded in the office
<br />of Register of Deeds for Dane County, Wis-
<br />consin on the 4th day of April, 1946 as
<br />instrument number 725966.
<br />NOW, THEHEFOPE, Said Mae Miller Steckelberg, formerly
<br />May Miller, (also known as Mae S. Miller); Blanche ihiller; William
<br />Miller, (also known as William J. Miller), and Alva Miller, his
<br />wife; Alexander Miller, (also known as Alex D. Miller), and Irene
<br />Miller, his wife; and Darwin E. Mutchler and rau;ie ; "utchler, his
<br />wife, hereby declare that all of the lots in said plat of ',: _1-1_ er
<br />and TM1ut chler's Second Addition to Village of Verona, Lane Obunty, ,
<br />Wisconsin, be and the same hereby are subject to the following:
<br />Protective Covenants
<br />These covenants are to run with the land and shall he
<br />binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until
<br />January 1, 1971.
<br />If the parties hereto, or any of them, or their heirs or
<br />assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants
<br />herein, it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning
<br />any real property situated in said development or subdivision to
<br />prosecute any proceedings at law or in equity against the person
<br />or persons violating or attempting to violate any such covenant
<br />and either to prevent him or there from so doing or to recover
<br />damages or other dues for such violation,

<br />or court order shall in no wise affect any of the other provisions
<br />which shall remain in full force and effect.
