<br />WHEREAS, under date of May 1, 1941, qhn War

<br />Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin); said deed being recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dane County, Wisconsin,
<br />on September 2, 1941, in Volume 414 of Deeds, Page 349; that
<br />said deed, among other restrictions, contained the following:
<br />"l. Said premises shall not be conveyed to, used,
<br />owned, or occupied by Negroes or Italians as
<br />owners or tenant."
<br />That subsequent thereto and on or about September 24, 1942,
<br />the same grantors conveyed to the same grantees, an additional
<br />and adjoining parcel of land, which deed was recorded on
<br />September 2c, 1942, in Volume 427 of Deeds, Page 70, Dane
<br />County Reristry; that said deed by reference embodied the
<br />same restrictions as set forth above.
<br />NOW, BY THESE PRESENTS, I, Jane M. Warner, in my individual
<br />capacity, and as sole beneficiary :.f my late husband, John C.
<br />Warner, not being in accord with said restriction, do hereby
<br />cancel and revoke the said restriction limiting the ownership
<br />and use of said property on account of nationality, and do
<br />waive any rights that might accrue to me by reason of said
<br />restrictions. I further consent to the elimination of said
<br />restriction from any future conveyance affecting said property.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Jane M. Warner, have caused these
<br />presents to be signed this 1 - day of July, 1960, A. D.
