F S <br />slf f F <br />++ "' - - RELEi E OF RRESTRICTION O <br />Under date of May 1;, 1941, John.C. Warner and Jane M. Warner, <br />Frederic E. Risser and Elizabeth W. Risser, as parties of the first <br />part, conveyed to Alfred J. Petersen and.Sylvia Petersen, husband <br />and wife as joint tenants, certain lands in Section 1$, Town 7 <br />North, Range 9 East (Town.of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin); <br />said deed being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />for Dane County, Wisconsin, on September 2, 1941, in Vol. 414 of . <br />Deeds, page 349; that said deed, among other restrictions, con- <br />tained the following: <br />"1. Said premises shall not be conveyed to, used, <br />owned or occupied by negroes or Italians as <br />owners or tenant." <br />That subsequent thereto and on or about September 24, 1942, <br />the same grantors conveyed to the same grantees, an additional and <br />adjoining parcel of land, which deed was recorded on September 2F', <br />1942, in Vol. 427 of Deeds, on page 7O9 Dane County Registry; <br />that said deed by reference embodied the same restrictions as <br />set forth above. <br />NOW, BY THESE PRESENTS, the said Frederic E. Risser and Eliza- <br />beth W. Risser, on their part, do cancel and revoke said restriction <br />limiting the use of said property on account of nationality, <br />and waive any rights that might accrue to them by reason of said <br />restriction. They further consent to the elimination of said re- <br />striction from any future conveyance affecting said property. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Frederic E. Risser and Elizabeth <br />W.
