SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, Daniel A. Paulson, Registered Land Surveyor DO HEREBY CERTIFY that by the <br />direction of Clair Utter, I have surveyed, monumented and mapped a part of the SE '/4 of <br />the NE % of Section 2, T6N, R10E, Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 2; <br />thence NO2005'17"E along the east line of the NE % of said Section 2, 80.13 feet <br />(recorded as North, 80 feet) to the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence continuing NO2005'17"E along said east line of the NE %, 49.94 feet; <br />thence S85036'1 5"W, 233.71 feet; <br />thence S01 °48'12"W, 130.00 feet to the south line of the NE % of Section 2; <br />thence N85036'15"E along said south line of the NE Y4, 74.03 feet; <br />thence NO2014'54"E, 81.38 feet (recorded as North, 80 feet); <br />thence N86002'29"E, 158.66 feet (recorded as N83049'E, 158.95 feet) to the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />Containing 17,413 square feet (15,741 square feet, excluding CTH AB right-of- <br />way) more or less. <br />Subject to CTH "AB" right-of-way. <br />Subject to an existing gas main easement, recorded in Volume 378 of <br />Miscellaneous, Page 575. <br />Subject to an existing utility easement, recorded in Volume 258 of Miscellaneous, <br />Page 280. <br />Subject to all other easements of record. <br />I, DO FURTHER CERTIFY that this survey is correct to the best of my knowledge and <br />belief. <br />f C"t�� <br />Daniel A.
