This mortgage inspection has been prepared in <br />accordance with the requirements of The Lomas and <br />Nettleton Company and under an agreement between R.F. <br />Sarko,and Associates, Inc. and The Lomas and Nettleton <br />Company which excludes this mortgage inspection from all <br />of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin Admini- <br />strative Code. Therefore, all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
