This mortgage inspection has been prepared <br />in accordance with the requirements of Mr. John Kelly and <br />under an agreement between R. F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and <br />Mr. John Kelly which excludes this mortgage inspection from. <br />all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin Admini- <br />strative Code. Therefore, all of the requirements of Section <br />AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
