This mortgage inspection <br />has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of <br />the First American Title Insurance Company of Mid-America <br />and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, <br />Inc. and the First American Title Insurance Company of <br />Mid-America which excludes this mortgage inspection from <br />all of the requirements of Section AE 5. 01, Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code. Therefore, all of the requirements <br />of Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
