This mortgage inspection <br />has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of <br />the Anchor Savings and Loan Association and under an agreement <br />between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and the Anchor <br />Savings and Loan Association which excludes this mortgage <br />inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, <br />Wisconsin Administrative Code. Therefore, all of the require- <br />ments of Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
