Accordingly, this <br />parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified <br />survey map approval. <br />However, this 9.1 acres parcel, currently zoned A-1 Agriculture Exclusive, was <br />conveyed in 1989 without the required change in zoning.
