Accordingly, this 24.6 acres parcel can be separately <br />conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />However, the subject 24.6 acres land parcel was separated from other lands zoned <br />A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), subsequent to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture <br />(Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Albion.
