Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53703-3342
October 1, 2007
Melvin Emmons Becker
778 Albion Road
Edgerton, Wisconsin 53534
RE: # 051221185009
NE1/4 S21 T5N R12E
Town of Albion
Dane County
Dear Mr. Becker:
Land Division Review
608r266-9O86
In response to your communication of 09/10/07, a search of the public record has
been completed for the purpose of providing the requested parcel status
determination. It is apparent that the subject 3 acres land parcel, described in
D356/404, Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity
prior to the applicable effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations,
and prior to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of
Albion. Accordingly, this 3 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time,
without a Dane County certified survey map approval, and without a change in
zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances.
Thank you for your anticipated patience and for your anticipated cooperation in
this matter.
Sincerely,
Nor ert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: Clerk, Town of Albion
Enclosure:
