It is apparent that the subject 16.574 acres land parcel, described in <br />R639/330, Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity <br />prior to the applicable effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. <br />Accordingly, this 16.574 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, <br />without a Dane County certified survey map approval.
