Accordingly, the lots can be separately conveyed without a Dane <br />County certified survey map approval. <br />These lots, individually, enjoy a non -conforming status. Any modification of this <br />non -conforming status will require compliance with the minimum provisions of the <br />applicable regulations, currently in effect. As the subject property is located within <br />the designated Shoreland Area, the minimum lot area requirement is 15,000 square <br />feet and the minimum lot width requirement is 100'.
