It <br />is apparent that with the recording of a Land Contract in R454/366, Dane County <br />Registry, July 12, 1973, a land division was created prior to the effective <br />date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, the subject <br />parcel can be separately conveyed at this time without a certified survey map <br />approval.
