Dresen <br />7792 Rauls Road <br />Dane, Wisconsin 53529-9767 <br />Re: # 090831398600 & # 090831492301 <br />S1/2 S31 T9N R8E <br />Town of Dane <br />Dane County <br />Dear Clarence A.Dresen: <br />It is apparent that # 090831398600 was created as a separate legal entity prior to the <br />effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. # 09083142301 was <br />recorded as a separate description, subsequent to the effective date of the Dane <br />County Land Division Regulations without the required certified survey map <br />approval. Accordingly the more recent recording does qualify as a transfer of lands <br />between contiguous ownerships, but it clearly represents the permitted merger into <br />a single ownership of 2.81 acres.
