Ellickson <br />6427 Hyslop Road <br />Waunakee, Wisconsin 53597 <br />Re: # 090835494360 & # 090835494000 <br />SE1/4 S35 T9N R8E <br />Town of Dane <br />Dane County <br />Dear Mr. Ellickson: <br />Land Division Review <br />608/266-9086 <br />It is apparent that # 0908354360, currently zoned A-1 Agriculture Exclusive, was <br />properly created as a separate legal entity of 2.47 acres prior to the effective date of <br />the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and prior to the effective date of A-1 <br />Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Dane. Accordingly, this parcel can <br />be separately conveyed at this time without a Dane County certified survey map <br />approval, and without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), <br />Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /># 090835494000, currently zoned A-1 Agriculture Exclusive, is not a separate valid <br />parcel of record, but is simply a consolidation with the contiguous ownership. <br />In summary # 090835494360 & # 090835494000 together comprise a single legal <br />entity.
