Scribner, Agent <br />As requested, I have again reviewed -the status of the <br />above -described land division. It is now apparent that <br />the subject 3 land parcels were in fact created prior <br />to the effective date of the Dane County Land Division <br />and Subdivision Yegulations. Specifically, parcel "A" <br />was created via a warranty deed recorded March 30, 1964 <br />in Volume 774 at Pace 565, Dane County Registry. <br />Accordincly, the three land parcels discussed in my <br />letter of September 17, 1982 (copy attached) enjoy a <br />non-conforminc status and can be utilized as buildable <br />sites consistent with the applicable provisions of the <br />Dane County Code of Ordinances.
