County <br />Dear Mr. Campbell: <br />It is apparent that with the recording of a warranty deed in R415/248, Dane <br />County Registry a land division was created without the required certified <br />survey map approval. Accordingly, in order to correct this illegal parcel <br />status it will be necessary to have a certified survey map prepared and sub <br />mitted for review and approval.
