Accordingly, <br />the lands on either side of this parcel are non-contiguous, and cannot be considered to be <br />part of a single legal parcel. A 1977 Wisconsin Attorney General opinion clearly <br />indicates that lands, that do not consist of contiguous elements, cannot be considered to <br />be part of the same legal parcel. The owner wants to divide it into three parts. He would sell two parts, and keep <br />the remaining. <br />The remaining part has a private road going through it, and is owned by someone else. The <br />goal is to maintain Al -EX zoning on the remaining part. We would like to have a clearer <br />understanding on whether this could be achieved prior to survey, sale, and any petitions <br />for rezoning. It would also be helpful to understand prior to filing a Parcel Status <br />Determination. <br />See attached document. What we want is for the area in yellow to be <br />considered as a total greater than 35 acres, and thereby satisfying <br />Al -EX zoning.
