It is <br />apparent that the subject 7.4 acres land parcel, described as Lot 2, Certified Survey <br />Map # 2166, Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity <br />in accordance with the provisions of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, <br />and prior to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of <br />Medina.
