Dane County Planning & Development <br />Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br />October 24, 2001 <br />Cooperative Appraisal, Inc. <br />133 West Main Street <br />Marshall, Wisconsin 53559 <br />Re: # 081227285706 <br />NW '/ S27 T8N R12E <br />Town of Medina <br />Dane County <br />Gentlepeople: <br />Land Division Review <br />608/266-9086 <br />It is apparent that the subject land parcel was created as a separate legal entity <br />prior to the effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. <br />Accordingly, this parcel can be separately conveyed at this time without a certified <br />survey map approval. <br />However, the current Dane County interpretation of a zoning parcel provides that <br />the subject 15.6 acres was part of a larger ownership of greater than 35 net acres in <br />area upon the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of <br />Medina.
