Accordingly, the subject 10.05 <br />acres parcel can be separately conveyed at this time, and utilized as a building site, <br />without a certified survey map approval. <br />However, the Dane County interpretation of the term "Zoning Parcel" provides that <br />the subject 10.05 acres was separated from other lands within the same ownership, <br />all zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), without the required change in zoning <br />classification. The term "Zoning Parcel' does not recognize the public highway <br />right-of-way as a basis for this division.
