Accordingly, this 19.9 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this <br />time, without a Dane County certified survey map approval, and without a change <br />in zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br />A non -conforming parcel is not required to maintain any amount of frontage on a <br />public street.
