It is apparent that the subject .2 acre land parcel, located in the <br />NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 6, was never part of # 050906280510 (formerly <br /># 050906280502), which is located in the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 6. <br />Accordingly, the 10/02/03 communication is not impacted by this issue and remains <br />applicable.
