As of <br />2010, there were three agricultural buildings and one residence on the property. Under the Dane County Zoning <br />Ordinance, these structures could be replaced, modified or reconstructed, without a rezone, as long as county <br />zoning and sanitary permits were obtained. The county board would also likely support a rezone petition of this <br />property to the A-2 or RH-4 zoning districts to bring it into zoning compliance. <br />The policies of the Town of Oregon / Dane County Comprehensive Plan, would however, prohibit the <br />redivision of this property into more than one residential lot.. <br />I hope this information is helpful.
