It is apparent that the subject 19.34 acres description is part of a <br />contiguous ownership consisting of several hundred acres, which are currently <br />zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive). Any separation of this 19.34 acres from the <br />parent parcel will require a change in zoning classification, together with a Dane <br />County certified survey map approval.
