Eilenfeldt <br />3710 Ridge Road <br />Deerfield, Wisconsin 53531 <br />Re: # 071114491903, # 071114497005, # 071123180106, # 071127395140 <br />Town of Cottage Grove <br />Dane County <br />Dear Mr. Eilenfeldt: <br />It is apparent that the above tax parcel designations describe a single zoning parcel <br />of 119.8 acres, which is currently zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive). <br />Accordingly, any division of this 119.8 acres will require a change in zoning <br />classification, together with a Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />The Dane County interpretation of a single zoning parcel recognizes all lands within <br />the same ownership, which are zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), even though the <br />total acreage consists of non-contiguous units. <br />The question regarding transfer of development rights should be addressed to the <br />Town of Cottage Grove. <br />Sincerely, <br />Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review <br />cc: Clerk, Town of Cottage Grove <br />Enclosure: <br />
