Any division of this 46 acres parcel will require a change in zoning <br />classification. <br />The current zoning of the subject 46 acres is A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive). <br />Two separate tax parcel designations exist simply because the property is contained <br />within two separate 40 acre tracts.
