Accordingly, this parcel <br />can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified survey <br />map approval, and without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to <br />S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. Any division of this 18.3 acres will <br />require a Dane County certified survey map approval, together with a change in <br />zoning classification. The current zoning of this parcel is A-1 Agriculture <br />(Exclusive). <br />Two separate tax parcels exist because the 18.3 acres is described within two distinct <br />40 acre tracts.
