Albrecht <br />6405 highway A <br />Belleville, Wisconsin 53508 <br />Re: LAND DIVISION (Stroup) <br />SE1/14 S13 T5N R8E <br />Town of Montrose <br />Dane County <br />Dear Mr. Albrecht: <br />The 15.1 acre parcel, described in R518/b01, Dane County Registry, is a valid legal <br />entity, created prior to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) zoning <br />in the Town of Montrose. The subsequent land division, as per R4304/5, Dane County <br />Registry, was not based upon an approved certified survey map, required by the Dane <br />County Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, Dane County cannot recognize the <br />1.485 acre parcel as a valid building site at this time.
