It is <br />apparent that with the recording of a land contract in R118/133, Dane County <br />Registry, July 7, 1969, the subject parcel was properly created prior to the <br />effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, the <br />subject parcel can be separately conveyed and utilized as a residential site, <br />consistent with §10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances.
