Accordingly, this 2.867 acres parcel can be separately <br />conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified survey map approval, and <br />without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. <br />Any division of this 2.876 acres land parcel will require a change in zoning <br />classification, together with a Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />2 separate tax parcel designations exist, because the 2.876 acres is divided by the <br />municipal boundary.
