These tax parcels are currently zoned A-1 <br />Agriculture (Exclusive). The minimum parcel area required in the A-1 Agriculture <br />(Exclusive) District is 35 net acres. Any division of the total ownership, creating <br />land parcels of 35 or less acres, will require a change in zoning classification, <br />together with a certified survey map approval.
