Box 2189 <br />Madison, Wisconsin 53701-2189 <br />Re: # 070715294203, # 070715294258, # 070715294409 <br />NW1/4 S15 T7N R7E <br />Town of Cross Plains <br />Dane County <br />Dear Attorney Fuhr: <br />In response to your communication of 01/17/07, a search of the public record has <br />been completed for the purpose of providing the requested parcel status <br />determination. It is apparent that # 070715294203, described in M476/99, Dane <br />County Registry, and # 070715294409, described in R391/77, Dane County Registry, <br />were properly created as separate legal entities prior to the applicable effective date <br />of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and prior to the effective date of A-1 <br />Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Cross Plains. Accordingly, these <br />parcels can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified <br />survey map approval, and without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to <br />S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /># 070715294258 , described in R816/107, Dane County Registry, represents a <br />permitted merger between contiguous ownerships.
