It is apparent that the subject 26.77 acres land parcel, described in <br />Document # 3871274, Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate <br />legal entity in accordance with the provisions of the Dane County Land Division <br />Regulations. Accordingly, this 26.77 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this <br />time, without a further Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />The current zoning of this parcel is RH-4 Rural Homes District.
