Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116. City -County Building, Madison. Wisconsin 53703-3342
January 5, 2009
Fred Dillett
4334 Observatory Road
Cross Plains, Wisconsin 53528
Re: # 070709395017, # 070709390003, # 070709393500
SW1/4 S9 T7N R7E
Town of Cross Plains
Dane County
Dear Mr. Dillett:
Land Division Review
608/266-9086
In response to your communication of 12/08/08 a search of the public record has
been completed for the purpose of providing the requested parcel status
determination. It is apparent that the subject land parcel, consisting of 50.3 acres,
described in R12501/5, Dane County Registry, was created as a separate single legal
entity prior to the applicable effective date of the Dane County Land Division
Regulations, and prior to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in
the Town of Cross Plains.
Accordingly, any division of this 50.3 acres parcel (currently zoned A-1 Agriculture
Exclusive) will require a change in zoning classification, together with a Dane
County certified survey map approval.
Sinely,
Norbert Scribner, Dane County Land Division Review
cc: Clerk, Town of Cross Plains
Enclosure:
