Accordingly, this <br />parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified <br />survey map approval. <br />However, the current Dane County interpretation of a zoning parcel provides that <br />all lands within the same ownership, zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), even though <br />these lands are non-contiguous, are considered to comprise a single zoning parcel. <br />If # 050708195006 is part of a larger ownership, zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), <br />a change in zoning classification will now be required in order to separately convey <br />this 15.4 acres parcel. <br />Sincerely <br />orbert Scribner, Land Division Review <br />cc: Donald W.
