Because of the dates of said recordings, the <br />subject 5 parcels are separate legal entities, which existed prior to the <br />effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, the <br />identified parcels can be separately conveyed at this time without a certified <br />survey map approval. Please note that parcel A of David Cheney Map # 65116 <br />does not exist as a separate legal entity, and cannot be conveyed without a <br />certified survey map.
