The ASSESSOR'S PLAT OF DALEYVILLE, recorded in Volume 11 of <br />Plats at Pages 1 & 2, Dane County Registry represents Grinder Road as a public <br />road. A search of the public record has not indicated that this portion of Grinder <br />Road has been properly vacated and discontinued.
