This 43.695 acres <br />parcel, currently zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive), can be separately conveyed <br />without a change in zoning classification, because it is greater than 35 net acres in <br />area. However, the only permitted uses without a zoning change must relate to <br />agriculture. A residential use will require a change in zoning classification or <br />compliance with the requirements for an agricultural residence.
