Accordingly, this parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without <br />a Dane County certified survey map approval, and without a change in zoning <br />classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br />Please disregard the October 27, 2005 communication, which was a product of <br />attempting to provide a hurried response.
