DANE COUNTY
Land Regulation & Records
Room 116, City -County Building
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
July 3, 1989
Mr. Henry Forsythe
139 Brice
Mundelein, Illinois 60060
Re: LAND DIVISION (Towle)
SW1/4 S13 T6N R10E
Town of Dunn
Dane County
Dear Mr. Forsythe:
LAND DIVISION REVIEW
608/266-9086
As requested, I have reviewed the status of the above -described land parcel
with respect to the application of the Dane County Land Division Regulations.
It is apparent that with the recording of a warranty deed in R513/327, Dane
County Registry a land division was created without the -required certified
survey map approval. Accordingly, in order to establish separate legal status
for the two land parcels South of Highway AB it will be necessary to have a
certified survey map, prepared by a registered land surveyor, submitted for
review and approval. In summary, the current legal description is recognized
as one legal parcel for the purposes of the Dane County Land Division Regulations.
Please contact the writer with questions regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Norbert Scribner
Land Division Review
cc: Clerk, Town of Dunn
Dane County Highway Department
Enclosure:
