Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53709
December 18, 2001
Curt Kroll
Remax Preferred
6442 Normandy Lane
Madison, Wisconsin 53719
Re: # 061010287903
NW1/4 S10 T6N R10E
Town of Dunn
Dane County
Dear Mr. Kroll:
Land Division Review
608/266-9086
A search of the public record indicates that the subject land parcel, described in
D101/333, Dane County Registry, and currently zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive),
was created as a separate legal entity prior to the effective date of the Dane County
Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, this parcel can be separately conveyed, at
this time, without a certified survey map approval, and without a change in zoning
classification, and can be utilized as a single family residential site, pursuant to
S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. Please contact the writer with
additional questions regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: David Buglass
Clerk, Town of Dunn
Enclosure:
