However, the current Dane County interpretation of a zoning <br />parcel provides that all lands within the same ownership, even though these lands <br />may be non-contiguous, comprise a single zoning parcel. Accordingly, the subject <br />30 acres (currently zoned A-1 Agriculture Exclusive) cannot be separated from # <br />061135385008 (currently zoned A-1 Agriculture Exclusive) without a change in <br />zoning classification. Also, any further division of the subject 30 acres will require a <br />change in zoning classification.
