Box 741 <br />Stoughton, Wisconsin 53589 <br />Re: # 061134496908 <br />SE1/4 S34 T6N R11E <br />Town of Pleasant Springs <br />Dane County <br />Dear Mr. Tyson: <br />It is apparent that the subject land parcel, described in R639/428, Dane County <br />Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity prior to the applicable <br />effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and prior to the <br />effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Pleasant <br />Springs.
