It is apparent that this interpretation is <br />correct, and remains applicable. The 20.5 acres land parcel, described in R148/148, <br />Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity prior to the <br />effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and prior to the <br />effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Pleasant <br />Springs. The subsequent expansion of this 20.5 acres parcel, including additional <br />contiguous lands, is permitted by Dane County Ordinance, pursuant to S.236.45, <br />Wisconsin Statutes. <br />orbert Scribner, Land Division Review <br />cc: William J.
