Although this is technically a <br />valid conveyance pursuant to S.236.45(2)(a)3., Wisconsin Statutes, the South <br />boundary of Lot 2 continues to exist in the public record, and is to be respected in <br />determining required building setback. At least two options are apparent to remedy <br />this situation as follows: <br />1. A decision of the Circuit Court to vacate and discontinue this lot boundary. <br />2.
