It is apparent that the subject tax parcel designations represent a <br />single legal parcel of 41.7 acres, as described in R10988/75, Dane County Registry. <br />Any division of this 41.7 acres parcel will require a change in zoning classification, <br />together with a Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />Three separate tax parcels exist because the properties are included within 3 <br />separate 40 acre tracts.
