<br />it is succeeded by the neighborhood elected Architecj:tural Control Committee as <br />provided for in paragraphs C and 0 below. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />After all lots subject to geographic jurisdiction ot the Architectural Control <br />Committee as provided for in paragraph A abov~have had building permits <br />issued for the construction of the principal resid tial structure thereon, the <br />Declarant shall assign its rights in Architectural Cant 01 Committee to an elected <br />Architectural Control Committee consisting of three (~) owners of lots subject to <br />the geographic jurisdiction of the Architectural Contro~ Committee as provided for <br />in paragraph A above. <br /> <br />In addition, prior to the mandatory assignment of Fntrol of the Architectural <br />Control Committee by the Declarant to an el~ed Architectural Control <br />Committee, the Dedarant may from time to time ass:.! n its rights in Architectural <br />Control Committee as to certain specified lots ubject to the geographic <br />jurisdiction of the Architectural Control Committee t an elected neighborhood <br />Architectural Control Committee consisting of three (~) owners of said specified <br />lots for which an assignment has been made. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />The members of the elected Architectural Control CO~I mittee shall be elected by <br />and from the owners of the lots which are subject to t e geographic jurisdiction of <br />the elected Architectural Control Committee, each 10 subject to the geographic <br />jurisdiction of the elected Architectural Control Committee having one (1) vote, <br />and shall serve for at term of one (1) year, until his ~. her respective resignation <br />or until their respective successors are elected an take office, whichever is <br />sooner. The Declarant shall give notice to the owne s of said lots and conduct <br />the meeting of said lot owners at such time of the ini ial election of said elected <br />Architectural Control Committee. Thereafter, the r1eighborhood Architectural <br />Control Committee shall give such notice of the a~nual meeting to elect the <br />successor members of the Architectural Control Committee. <br /> <br />No single family structure, outbuilding, fence, poql, recreational equipment <br />(including children's play structures) or other struct~res of any kind shall be <br />erected. placed, externally modified or added to o~ any lot subject to these <br />conditions, covenants, restrictions or easements luntil the building plans, <br />specifications, footing elevations, plat plan, minimum I landscaping requirements <br />and elevations have been approved by the Archit~ural Control Committee. <br />Such plans shall also indicate the finish grade of the ,~. <br /> <br />No building or other structure previously erected elsetere may be moved onto <br />any lot subject to these conditions, covenants, restricti ns and easements except <br />new panelized construction as approved by the Archit !ctural Control Committee. <br /> <br />The Architedural Control Committee may periodicaU establish a schedule of <br />plan review fae(s) reasonably based upon the cos of plan review and the <br />operation of the Architectural Control Committee, ind ding enforcement of these <br />conditions, covenants, restrictions and easements a d the giving of notice for <br />and the conducting of the annual meeting to elect the new members of the <br />Architectural Control Committee. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />H. <br />
